Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
10/10 recommendation!!! Jessica the owner of Peaches and Honey Bartending is so wonderful to work with. My sister was in a pinch and needed a bartender 2 weeks before her wedding. My sister was in a panic until we found Jessica.
Jessica did such a wonderful job bartending our wedding. She delivered with our margaritas, marg themed jello shots, a champagne tower, and even made the cutest stickers as additional favors for us and our guests. She wore many hats and really went the extra mile.
It was great to work with Jessica this weekend. Even when curveballs are thrown at us she shines! She a great job at the wedding I coordinated this weekend. She came in clutch and made sure she did what it took to get the shots out to all the guests! The celebration continued with the open bar right after the ceremony!
Refreshing drinks on a hot day at the Dallas Days event. I recommend the Queen of Hearts and Mad Hatter. I’d have added a photo, the drinks were too good not to put away quickly.
Booking Peaches and Honey Mobile Bartending for a wedding
Weddings come up for Peaches and Honey Mobile Bartending — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
