We had the pleasure of working with Alex and his Team for our Wedding back in September 2023. They are amazing! Extremely personable! Communication was quick/ easy and stress free and super professional they know what they are doing when it comes to drinks.
Thirst Responder absolutely crushed it at our office grand opening BBQ! They rolled in with a heating-and-cooling-themed cocktail menu to perfectly complement our HVAC company —and the drinks were so fresh and delicious (seriously, those cocktails were next-level).
The cherry on top of great bar service is knowing you're dealing with good people, and that is 100% the case with these guys. Our wedding mobile service could not have run more smoothly. Communication was prompt and very clear from the start, and the entire day was tailored exactly to our every want and need.
We hired Alex and his team for our wedding this weekend and they absolutely crushed it. We had so many people compliment them. We have been to weddings with some of his competitors and the Thirst Responders are head and above better than them all. Highly highly recommend

Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
